 Trish Taylor Cutsinger  
Trish, a native of Illinois, brings a passion for helping people sell their homes quickly and at the best price. This includes assistance in preparing the home, analysis of the neighborhood and local markets, and execution of optimal marketing strategies. Trish also manages the showings, offers and closing process.  Her attention to detail and ability to focus on quality come from being a technical recruiter in Washington, DC for six years prior to becoming a real estate agent.  She has helped her clients purchase homes in and around Indianapolis, Fishers, Carmel, Zionsville, Brownsburg, Avon, and other areas, Trish enjoys pin-pointing those areas and homes that best fit each of her client’s expressed needs and desires. 
 

 Christy Cutsinger, Realtor
Christy is an Indianapolis native who loves working in the real estate business.  She is a dedicated realtor who goes above and beyond the call of duty for her clients.  A former teacher, she loves to educate buyers and sellers about the local real estate market.  Christy received her Masters in Education from Indiana Wesleyan and taught second grade in the Wayne Township and Westfield-Washington school districts before becoming a real estate agent.  Whether someone is buying or selling a home, she listens and assesses their needs and values their thoughts and ideas.  Christy is a hard working agent with a “customer first” mentality and believes in doing the right thing.  She is now the proud mother of three boys and gives private piano lessons out of her home in Carmel.
